Produce available
Meat products available include home cured English bacon, black puddings and sausages made on the farm to English recipes. We do take bookings for 1/4 -1/2 a pig in the autumn, with frozen pork being available for most of the year.
From spring until early winter a selection of poultry and fowl are available and can be booked in advance, Turkeys can be booked for Christmas and Easter.
Lamb is available in the late Autumn and once again can be pre-booked from a 1/4 up to a whole lamb.
A large variety of in season vegetables is available for sale throughout the year.
Animals for sale
Ewe Lambs may sometimes be available from our own flock from July onwards.
Muscovey ( Barbary ) Ducks and drakes available from late spring onwards. The Muscovey is regarded as a good layer of large white eggs and is a substantial table bird with Drakes weighing approximately 3 kilos when oven ready.
